Walker Buehler’s Curveball – Walker Buehler pitched better than his four earned runs give him credit for, as he struck out eight and walked only one. This knuckle-curve to Mike Moustakas on the inside half was a beauty.

Jhoulys Chacin’s Slider – Ah yes, just as we all expected, Jhoulys Chacin absolutely torched this Dodgers lineup that mashes right-handed pitching. His slide piece was working for him in all sorts of ways last night as shown by this perfectly located one to Max Muncy.

Jeremy Jeffress‘ Fastball – Jeremy Jeffress continued to look extremely shaky last night, loading up the bases in the ninth inning to put the tying man at the plate. Just when you think he might blow the game again, he paints this 97 MPH heater to Brian Dozier to end the game.

Dylan Floro’s Sinker – This one was clearly a missed call, and the movement on this sinker is ridiculous. When Dylan Floro is on, he looks borderline unhittable. He just needs to consistently execute.

Michael Wexler

Lifelong Dodger fan. Left the famous 2004 Steve Finley walk-off homer game in the ninth inning to clinch the division because his Giants fan cousin was late for work. Would've stayed, but I was nine.
