Here are your morning rankings for today’s starting pitcher options.
It’s not perfect and will be far from the actual results at the end of the day, though it should give guidance for those questioning who to slot into your lineup on a given day.
There is a second table for tomorrow’s starting pitcher matchups as well, helping everyone get a jump on their nightly pickups. Please note that these matchups are subject to change, though, and there will be times when I have the incorrect pitcher going. I thank you for your future understanding.
Pitchers highlighted in yellow = Possible streaming options.
FS = False Starter where there is an assumed opener actually starting the game.
Red = Postponed.

Hey Nick,
They’re skipping Plesac’s start and having Plutko go against Detroit instead. How ya feeling about Plutko as a replacement streamer?
Fixed! I don’t love it, but there are worse options tomorrow.
I am using him… that said, I swore I would not use him after his last start. To me the most concerning thing is that they lifted him after 4.1 IP with a lead a healthy pitch count, nobody on base and the good part of the order behind him in his last start. That may hint at how they plan to use him… but DET is always a good stream.
Do I really Sit Caleb tommorow? I dont want to but he just hasn’t been himself…
(I need a QS and decent kk/bb)
The Reds are pushing back everyone in the rotation and slotting in Gausman today then will use that 6 man rotation twice. Not sure if Gausman will act as a legit starter or if it’s a bullpen day type thing.
Looks like the Reds have shifted Gray to Tuesday (Gausman gets the Monday start).
Thanks! Just updated the tables.
Would you dump Cueto for Severino’s 2 starts this week (vs LAA, and vs TOR)?
It is like they tried to have the collection of the worst teams play today. What a crappy slate of games!
Lance Lynn is starting tomorrow (Tuesday) against Houston/Verlander, actually (and Sunday against Oakland). Scary matchup but where would he rank when you update the chart?
Thoughts on Martin Perez against the White Sox on Tuesday?
Would you stream Eovaldi or Perez for tomorrow?
It’s Martin Perez on Tuesday instead of Odorizzi…trying to decide between him and Gonzales- kinda seems like a wash. Thoughts?
