Jacob deGrom’s Fastball – Despite walking four batters, deGrom was incredibly dominant as he shut down the visiting Rockies, collecting 10 Ks across the night. Is it just me or can you hear Keith Hernandez give a deep “mmmmmmm” every time you watch the slow motion shot? (Thanks to Reddit user sickgrof for the tip!)
Clayton Kershaw’s Curveball – You may be rolling your eyes to see another Kershaw hook make the list once again, but don’t act like you don’t enjoy it. This was his prettiest bender of the night as he earned strikeout #198 for the season.
Raisel Iglesias‘ Fastball – In case you didn’t notice, this pitch is travels at 94 MPH and starts in the opposite batter’s box. Talk about insane movement.
Chris Heston’s Curveball – Normally it’s his comeback Fastball that gets us giddy, but this Curveball from Heston has some serious bite down to the ankles of Jason Castro.
Michael Wacha’s Fastball – Sometimes, you just want to see a Fastball shoot like a laser right to a spot on the black. Fortunately for us, we have Wacha to scratch our itch.
