Every morning we review the five best pitches from the previous day’s games in glorious HD GIFs. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite pitch and and check back this weekend to see if it will be in contention for the “GIF of the Week”. Did we miss your favorite pitch? Send us a tweet next time @ThePitcherList and we’ll GIF it up + give you a shoutout here in the article.

Ryan Weber’s Fastball – It was the major league debut Tuesday night for Weber and he collected his first career strikeout with a luscious Fastball that had a bunch of horizontal ride. Our knees would have buckled too, Cody Asche. (Thanks to @OchoDoetscho for the tip!)

Kevin Gausman’s Split-Changeup – Gausman was toe-to-toe with Masahiro Tanaka through last night’s game, as he brought some of his best stuff to the Bronx. He struck out former battery-mate Greg Bird with his patented Split-Changeup along the outside corner.

R.A. Dickey’s Knuckleball – You never know what you’re going to get from a knuckleballer (Don’t trust em I say!) but Dickey has some solid offerings last night including this pitch that dived away from Jackie Bradley Jr.’s bat at the very last moment. (Thanks to Reddit user Shablabar for the tip!)

Kyle Gibson’s Fastball – Gibson isn’t the flashiest pitcher you’ll come across, but he did freeze Eric Hosmer with this nice front-door Fastball for the K. (Thanks to Reddit user Gallade3 for the tip!)

Aaron Nola’s Curveball – It looks like Nola will be sticking around through near the end of the season, and he was at his prime as he made easy work of the visiting Braves. He struck out Nick Markasis during a tough jam in the 3rd with a perfect hook down at his ankles.
