Walker Buehler’s Curveball – Buehler was electric in LA’s dramatic game seven win over the Brewers. Here he used his wicked curveball to get a huge whiff from Jesus Aguilar. This pitch is far more effective when he can set it up with his heater, as seen below.

Walker Buehler’s Fastball – The camera angle doesn’t do this pitch any justice, but that’s a 99 mile per hour heater with tremendous arm side run that tangles up Ryan Braun. Couple that with that curveball and it’s amazing anyone hits him.

Corey Knebel’s Curveball – Knebel had an up and down season that finished on a big high note, as he was electric throughout Milwaukee’s solid postseason run. His knuckle curve had tons of depth here, getting Max Muncy to swing through.

Clayton Kershaw’s Slider – Another camera angle debacle, but closer Clayton Kershaw shut the door on the Brewers season on Saturday, using his hard slider painted on the corner to get a called strike on Aguilar.

Brandon Woodruff’s Fastball – Woodruff had another strong outing for the Brewers, despite the loss. His fastball was electric, and he was able to run it in on the black on baseball’s newest pariah, Manny Machado.
