Chris Devenski’s Changeup – This Changeup from Chris Devenski devours Jake Bauers and puts him on a  knee. Get him next time, Bauers!

Domingo German’s Fastball – It’s easy to see why German remains such a tantalizing fantasy arm. He stifled the hot-hitting Mariners on Tuesday, striking out nine in seven strong innings. He tossed plenty of these wicked two-seamers in on the hands of the Seattle hitters.

Chaz Roe’s Slider – If baseball players had superhero parallels, then Roe would be Dr. Strange, as he seems to manipulate the forces of the natural universe with his breaking stuff. New York’s Aaron Judge fell to the sorcery on this 2-1 slide piece.

Jonathan Loaisiga’s Changeup – The first Yankees starter to win his MLB debut since Masahiro Tanaka in 2014, per the YES network, Loaisiga was all kinds of exciting over five innings against the Rays in the Bronx. He hit 97-plus on the gun, struck out six on the night and abused Tampa’s Mallex Smith on this second-inning wizardry. Hot. Damn.

Which was your favorite pitch? Vote below and the winner will be featured in the GIF of the First Half Contest.
