Sit/Start Week 10: Reviewing All Starting Pitcher Matchups From 6/4 – 6/10

Here's a giant table of every starting pitcher matchup for Week 10, telling you which pitchers should get in your lineup or stick on your bench.

Every Sunday here at Pitcher List, I review all expected starting pitcher matchups for the week ahead. There are three labels: StartMaybe, and Sit. Outings marked with a Maybe are circumstantial and dependent on your needs in a 12-teamer, while the other two are self-explanatory. Feel free to question my designations in the comments and we’ll dive into it together.

Here’s the massive table containing every Week 10 start from 6/4 – 6/10:

Note: There is a lot of confusion about rotations this week with rainouts and injuries. These matchups are subject to change.

  1. Griff says:

If forced to pick Cahill Or Heaney? Or both and sit Pivetta @chc

  2. Steven says:

Who would you drop between Kingham and S Gray?

  3. Steven says:

Who would you drop between Kingham and S Gray? Very deep league.

  4. Adrian says:

Who should I grab between Soroka, Junis, and Cahill?

  5. maris says:

Nick, who do you prefer ROS in points league — Treinen or Hader? I can pick one up next week. Thanks

  6. Michael says:

Sean Manaea. Should we reconsider “Start” at Texas? 6 straight starts of a 4.50 or worse ERA with the best being a VPQS for his only win in 5 decisions. He’s given us 31-1/3 Inn, 19 Ks, 7.18 ERA, 1.47 WHIP (plus he’s hit 6 batters after hitting just 1 in April). He’s an easy “Sit” for me, with a “Maybe” against KC based on the Tex start.

I’m hopping off this ride, but I’ll be watching for signs of improvement. I believe in his potential, but not in his recent execution/luck. April was too good, May is too bad, but I think he can give us something in between that we can use…..maybe?

  7. Kenny plane says:

Nick – I need to drop one of these, Taillon, Pivetta or Castillo. Thanks

  8. Jason says:

Drop Fernando Romero for Steven Matz?

  9. Sam says:

Not really sure how Teheran is a maybe in SD, he’s gone 6+ in 8 of his last 10 with 7 QS and a 3.2 ERA in that timeframe

  10. Ryan says:

Interesting, you really think starting Pivetta against the Cubs is a good idea?

  11. Craig Alshouse says:

Should I start Sean Manaea against Detroit or Tyson Ross against Texas. It’s a points league

  12. Craig Alshouse says:

Should I start Sean Manaea against Detroit or Tyson Ross against Texas. It’s a points league. Can only start 7 guys a week and stuck between these two for my 7th
