Seranthony Dominguez’s Slider – Dominguez threw this beauty with arm-side action during his major league debut where he tossed a scoreless inning.  This kind of movement on a slider is just plain nasty.

Zach Eflin’s Curveball – Eflin had a beauty of a game, striking out 9 with pitches like this.  I mean, it’s a great pitch when you make Pablo Sandoval look THAT foolish.  The vertical drop on this is just sick.

Dallas Keuchel’s Cutter – While he only struck out 4, Keuchel allowed only 3 hits with untouchable pitches like this cutter that had huge movement across the plate.

Fernando Romero’s Slider – Romero shut out the Cardinals over 6 innings with only 3 hits allowed.  It’s no surprise he’s tough to hit when he throws pitches like this one with huge horizontal break.

Kyle Hendricks‘ Changeup – Eight innings and only 3 Ks, but this changeup was dirty.  Good luck with that one.  Down and out – just like Justin Bour on that swing.

Stephen Strasburg’s Curveball – Eric Hosmer was massively tangled up on this untouchable Strasburg curve with his usual filthy movement.

Trevor Gott’s Curveball – Gott curveball?  Eric Hosmer doesn’t.  The Nationals had their way with Hosmer thanks to curves like this mean pitch from reliever Gott in the 8th inning. (courtesy of Redditor eggsmith.)

Most of these are vertical breaks, I’ll vote for the one with vertical and horizontal break… Romero’s Slider.

Hmm, the SP Roundup says Eflin struck out 9, but 13 here?
