When we first saw Drew Storen’s slider, we knew it would quickly be labeled as a front-runner for this tournament. Its horizontal ride seems endless, leaving Mookie Betts helpless as he chases the pitch off the plate. But don’t let that discredit the tightness of Corey Kluber’s slide piece. This Slider is a prime example of his talents, with a bender that changes direction suddenly, leaving Todd Frazier in the dust. It’s two different styles, but only way can be labeled as “filthier”. You decide.
