Every weekend here at Pitcher List, I review all expected starting pitcher matchups for the week ahead. There are three labels: StartMaybe, and Sit. Outings marked with a Maybe are circumstantial and dependent on your needs in a 12-teamer, while the other two are self-explanatory. Feel free to question my designations in the comments and we’ll dive into it together.

Here’s the massive table containing every Week 22 start from 8/28 – 9/3:

Zack Godley listed as “Start” against LAD and at COL. Given the God’s recent slight decline, how confident are you with these two matchups?

  2. skynats says:

Washington is now Scherzer on monday, EJax Tuesday, Strasburg Wed., Gio Thursday and Roark Friday

Is it just me or does it appear that Shark ups the ante vs upper tier opponents but possibly doesn’t have that same sense of urgency vs the lower tier teams? Vs SD should be a near no-brainer but he just chooses not use that very brain of his vs the lower OPS teams ??. My heart says yes but my mind says no. But I think I need to take the slight risk and start him especially given how much I need ratio help ?
