Mike Fiers‘ curveball – Fiers looked excellent yesterday, pitching seven innings of one-hit ball and logging eight strikeouts, including this filthy curveball that Rougned Odor very clearly wanted to annihilate.

Brad Hand’s slider – Hand came in for just 0.2 innings and locked down a hold with this nasty wipeout slider to Jackie Bradley Jr./strong>.

Chase Anderson’s curveball – Anderson was solid against the Cincinnati Reds, pitching six innings of two-run ball and logging strikeouts, including this nice curveball to get Brandon Dixon.

Lucas Giolito’s changeup – Even though he’s been terrible this year, Giolito has some really nice stuff, as best exemplified by this changeup with excellent movement. Giolito looked fine, turning in a quality start with three earned runs over six innings and six strikeouts.

Bryse Wilson’s slider – Wilson had his MLB debut yesterday and it couldn’t have gone better as he pitched five innings of shutout ball with five strikeouts, including this slider that obviously ruined Francisco Cervelli’s day.

Zack Wheeler’s curveball – Wheeler was, once again, phenomenal yesterday, pitching seven innings of one-run ball with 10 strikeouts, including this nice curveball.

Kenta Maeda’s changeup – Maeda came in relief yesterday and was excellent, pitching two shutout innings and striking out four, including this changeup with some nasty movement.
