Every morning we review the nastiest pitches from the previous day’s games in glorious HD GIFs. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite pitch and check back this weekend to see if it will be in contention for the GIF of the Second Half Contest. Did we miss your favorite pitch? Send us a tweet next time @ThePitcherList and we’ll GIF it up + give you a shoutout here in the article.

Luis Perdomo’s Fastball – If there is one thing I love, it’s Fastballs coming in above 95mph paired with crazy good movement. This Perdomo Fastball does just that, starting in the middle of the plate to Matt Carpenter before falling off the outside corner at a blistering 96mph. Talk about a good 3-2 pitch.

Rich Hill’s Curveball – While Ray got all the love last night, Hill was pristine save for a HR off a tough pitch hit by J.D. Martinez. His Curveball was as filthy as ever and looked fantastic in the opening frame as he sent Kris Negron back to the dugout.

Carlos Martinez’s Changeup – CarMart had his best start of the season, tossing a Complete Game Shutout against the Padres. All three of his pitches were working, with this righty-on-righty Changeup stealing our eye as he fanned Jabari Blash.

Trevor Bauer’s Curveball – The hot streak of Bauer continued as he faced the White Sox on Monday afternoon and he relied heavily on his Curveball to get plenty of whiffs. One of his nine strikeouts came with the hook as he fanned Avisail Garcia in the first inning.

Jose Berrios’ Curveball – While the final line was disappointing, Berrios was looking solid through his first five frames, featuring the same breaking ball that made us all excited for him last season. He struck out Lucas Duda with the pitch as it swept across the entire plate while dropping a foot in the process.

Robbie Ray’s Curveball – With 14 Ks to his name, it was easy for us to find a worthy GIF from Ray’s fantastic outing. Our favorite of the evening came from his Curveball as he putaway Austin Barnes in the second inning.
