Here at Pitcher List, we’re hosting a tournament to crown the best pitching GIF from the first half of the 2015 season. For those who missed the first two rounds, take a look at all 16 GIFs from the first round here, and then check out Wednesday’s second round as well. Let’s review the votes from the second round:
