Two lefties square off each with horizontal pitches that make jaws drop. First up is Chris Sale and his oh-so-deadly Slider. There were many to choose from during this season, but it’s hard not to love a pitch that strikes out a batter and hits them at the same time. Brad Hand won the first GIF of the Week of the season as he quietly threw this Fastball during an early blowout in Miami. The late break is so vicious we’re glad it was able to get the recognition it deserved.
